Terms & Conditions

Last updated 12 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and AVRYKO LTD, the company operating avryko.com (“AVRYKO”, “we”, “us”). They apply every time you open an account, add money to your balance or buy something here. Please read them once properly — they are written to be read, not skimmed past.

1. What AVRYKO sells

We sell digital products: activation keys for games, DLC and software, gift cards, wallet top-ups and in-game currency. Each product is a code or voucher issued for use on a third-party platform (for example Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, an app store or a retailer). We are a reseller: the platform that redeems the code is not run by us, and its own terms govern how you use what you redeem.

2. Your account

  • You need an account to buy. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you.
  • Give us a working e-mail address: codes and receipts are sent there.
  • Keep your password to yourself. Anything bought while you are signed in is treated as bought by you, unless you tell us promptly that someone else got in.
  • One person, one account. Accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.

3. The prepaid balance

AVRYKO works on a prepaid balance. You top it up first (by bank transfer, or by card where offered), then every order is paid from it in one step. The balance is store credit for avryko.com only: it is not a bank account or electronic money, earns no interest, cannot be sent to another person and does not expire while your account is open. How top-ups work and how unused balance is paid back is set out in the Payment Policy and the Refund Policy.

4. Prices and listings

  • Prices are in euro and are the full price you pay for that product. If a price changes while an item sits in your stash, the price shown at the moment you finish the order is the one that counts.
  • Every listing states the platform and, where it matters, the activation region. Region-locked codes only work in the region shown. Check that it matches your platform account before buying.
  • Stock comes from our suppliers and moves fast. If an item sells out between adding it and paying, we tell you before anything is taken from your balance.
  • If we list a product at an obviously wrong price because of a technical mistake, we may cancel the order and return the full amount to your balance.

5. Placing an order

When you press the pay button at the finish step, you make an offer to buy the items in your stash. The contract is formed when the amount is taken from your balance and the order appears in your HQ. You see the order number straight away in your HQ.

6. Delivery and your right to withdraw

Codes are digital content supplied without a physical medium. At checkout you ask us to start delivery immediately and confirm that you understand you then lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For that reason a delivered code cannot be returned just because you changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if a code is faulty or not as described — see the Refund Policy. Delivery itself is explained in Delivery & service.

7. Faulty codes

If a code does not work for a reason that is not your fault, we replace it or return what you paid to your balance (or to your card if you prefer). Tell us at [email protected] with your order number and the message the platform showed.

8. Things you agree not to do

You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no fraud, no stolen or borrowed cards, no automated buying, no reselling our stock as a business without our written agreement, and no abuse of chargebacks or refunds.

9. Suspending or closing an account

You can close your account whenever you like by writing to us; any unused balance is paid back as described in the Refund Policy. We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably suspect fraud, a breach of these terms or a legal requirement to do so. Where the law allows, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. Money that belongs to you is never kept as a penalty.

10. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for supplying working codes as described and for loss that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for what a third-party platform does with your account, for a platform withdrawing a game or changing its rules, or for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the law or our service changes. The version that applies to an order is the one published when you placed it. If a change affects your balance or an open order, we will tell you by e-mail first.

12. Contact and complaints

Write to [email protected] or use the contact form. If we cannot settle a complaint between us, you may contact the consumer protection authority where you live or use the courts of your country of residence.
