Payment Policy

AVRYKO runs on a prepaid balance. You add money once, then every order is paid from that balance in a single step — no card form at checkout, no payment details typed again and again.

Topping up by bank transfer

• Choose an amount from €5 to €1,000 and we create a top-up with its own reference.
• Send a SEPA transfer for that exact amount, with the reference in the payment description. Write to support quoting the reference and we send you the bank details.
• The balance is credited once the transfer reaches us. Until then the top-up shows as awaiting payment in your wallet, and you can cancel it at any time.

Topping up by card

Card top-ups are being switched on for this shop. When the top-up page offers a card, the following applies:

• Card top-ups are paid by Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card.
• Each card top-up is between €10 and €1,000. All amounts are in euro; if your card is in another currency, your bank converts it at its own rate.
• The card payment is handled by our licensed payment provider on its own secure page, protected by 3-D Secure. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app or by a code.
• We ask for the cardholder’s name, phone and billing address before the payment starts, because your bank compares them with its records. A mismatch is the most common reason a payment is declined.
• We never see or store your full card number.
• Your balance goes up as soon as the payment provider confirms the charge.

Every credited top-up, by either method, gets an invoice you can download from your wallet.

Paying for an order

At the finish step we show your balance now, the order total and what will be left. When you press pay, the total is taken from your balance and the order is placed. If your balance is too low, the pay button stays disabled and we point you to top-up; your stash waits for you.

What the balance is (and is not)

• It is store credit that can only be spent on avryko.com.
• It does not expire while your account is open, earns no interest and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
• It is not a bank account or electronic money.
• Unused balance can be paid back to your card — see the Refund Policy.

Promo codes

Where we offer a promo code, it lowers the order total before the amount is taken from your balance. A promo code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for balance.

Security checks

To protect cardholders we may ask for extra confirmation on unusual top-ups, or decline a payment we believe to be fraudulent. If that happens, nothing is charged, or the charge is reversed.
