Service Level Agreement
Last updated 12 October 2026This page sets out what AVRYKO LTD commits to for every customer of avryko.com: how codes reach you, how we answer, and what you get when we fall short. These are promises, not averages.
1. Code delivery
- Most products are delivered automatically: the code is placed in your HQ as soon as our supplier releases it, and the order e-mail tells you it is ready.
- Some codes need a manual step at the supplier. While that happens the order shows “Getting your codes” and the page refreshes itself.
- If a paid order has no code after 24 hours, you may cancel it and we return the full amount to your balance the same business day you ask.
- If a supplier cannot fill the order at all, the money returns to your balance automatically.
2. Code quality
- Every code is sold as new and unused, for the platform and region stated on the listing.
- A code that fails for a reason that is not yours is replaced or refunded — reported within 30 days of delivery, decided within two business days of your report.
3. Balance and top-ups
- A card top-up is credited as soon as the payment provider confirms it; a bank transfer is credited once the money reaches us.
- Every balance movement appears on your wallet statement with its date and running total.
- Requests to pay back unused balance are processed within 14 days of confirming who you are.
4. Support
- Support is by e-mail at [email protected] and through the contact form, both answered by people.
- We answer every message within one business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Code problems are handled first.
5. Availability
We keep the shop running around the clock and plan maintenance for quiet hours. If the site is down while you have a pending order, the commitments above still apply from the moment the order was paid.
6. When we miss a commitment
Write to us quoting the order number. Where we missed a delivery or support commitment, the remedies above (cancellation with a full balance refund, replacement or refund) are yours on request, without a discussion about whose fault it was.
